Return Policy:

1. General right of revocation (Distance Selling Act).

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your address to the online store are for your own account, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

2. Return Procedure:

1. Report your return via post@homegreen.nl, within 14 days of receipt.
   1. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging, with all accessories.
   2. Add the packing slip to the package.

3. Conditions for returns:

• Products must be unused, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
• If depreciation occurs because you have used the product more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation, we are entitled to deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

4. Cost of return:

• In case of withdrawal (reflection period): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. (As also mentioned in point 1)
• In case of defective/wrongly delivered product: If the product was delivered defective, arrived damaged, or if we have sent you the wrong product, we will be responsible for the cost of return shipment.

5. Refund: 
Once we have received and verified the return in good order, we will refund the purchase price (including any standard outbound shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

6.Exceptions to the right of withdrawal - (Statutory)

• The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:
  • May spoil or age quickly.
  • Are sealed and whose seal has been broken after delivery, and which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
  • Are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Have been made to the consumer's specifications (customization).
