De stammen geinoculeerd in het voorjaar en nu is de Enoki de eerste die zich al laat zien! Hopelijk zijn de andere ook zo goed gelukt.

Jaap, de shiitake zijn uitgekomen; sneller op de eik dan op de berk. Maar je had natuurlijk gelijk.

Ja dat is behoorlijk snel, het heeft veel geregend de afgelopen weken, daar kan het aan liggen. Kijk wel goed of het echt shiitake is.

Dag Jaap,
In tegenstelling dat ik dacht een jaartje te moeten wachten op de eerste paddestoelen. Deed ik gisteren de ontdekking dat de eikenstammen (20-25cm dik) met Shiitake die ik in april dit jaar opstarte. al kleine paddestoeltjes vertonen :) dit is snel toch?
