Range: North America, Europe, China and Japan.
Grows on beech, oak, walnut, maple and other hardwood.
Preparation and taste: Young mushrooms taste delicious and go well with garlic, onions and almonds.
When the dish is almost finished, add a little bit of butter to bring out the flavor of lobster.
This species is known to have a positive effect on tumors and inflammations as well.
